(2011 – 2013) – Primary School Counselor for twenty-six (26) primary schools in the Cayo district, Belmopan area.
Accomplishments:
- Primary School Counselor- was able to visit, educate and perform clinical visits to the twenty-six (26) primary schools.
- Was able to develop educational outreach packages.
- Work with schools and Ministry of Education Administrations.
- Assist students on a one to one basis, in-groups and as schools depending on the impact of the incident or the trauma.
(2013 – 2016)
Seconded to the Scout Association of Belize as Field and Finance Executive.
Accomplishments:
- Perform administrative duties.
- Recruit and travel throughout the Corozal and the Cayo Districts.
- Oversee, provide guidance to group leaders and assist in the development of their leadership skills.
- Work with youths, provide conflict mediation, problem solving and positive interactions to engage youths in a positive mind frame.
- Write proposals and raised funding for the Scout Association of Belize in an amount of over $150,000 in three years.
- Visited San Pedro, Ambergris Caye and all other districts to provide administrative support.

- Main purpose to empower and support women in the Cayo District.
- Work with communities, non-profit organizations, court and the police to aid women development.
- Assisted in the creation of several successful women’s groups in the Cayo District (two still functioning women’s groups in the San Antonio Village up to today 2020).
